From first email to signed offer, we aim to take no more than three weeks. No stunt interviews. No performative whiteboards. We look at your work, we build something small together, and we tell you the truth at every step.

An email, a note, or a link to what you have shipped. No cover letter required. Something small that shows how you think matters more than a resume.

A conversation.
60 minutes with the founder. Not an interview — a conversation. What you are trying to build in your career. What we are trying to build here. Whether the two overlap.

A small working problem.
A paid, honest piece of real work — usually a day or two, on a real product surface. No trick problems. If you are hired, this becomes your first ship.

Meet the team.
Coffee or a call with two teammates. This is where you and we both decide if the day-to-day will feel right. Everyone gets a vote.

Offer. And a starting day.
