Governance · Compliance Center

One place for
every commitment.

Whether you’re a customer, partner, researcher, regulator, or applicant, this is where you’ll find the commitments that govern how NextSpace Labs operates — every legal, security, ethical, and accessibility document, versioned, dated, and open to challenge.

Legal foundations

The core documents that govern the relationship between you and NextSpace Labs, and how personal data flows through our products.

Security & safety

How we protect the systems that hold your data, and how to reach the people who own that protection.

Ethics & responsibility

The commitments we make beyond what the law strictly requires — because building for people demands more than the minimum.

Chapter Two · Trust ledger

What we will not do.

Data

We will never sell personal data.

No exceptions, no anonymised loopholes, no bundled “partner offers”. If a business model would require it, we do not build that business.

Advertising

No third-party ad tech today.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or data brokers. Analytics is first-party and anonymised. If this ever changes, users will be told before it does.

Coercion

No dark patterns.

Consent is never bundled with function. Rejecting non-essential cookies takes the same clicks as accepting them.

See something off?

Write to compliance

These policies evolve alongside our products and applicable laws. The latest version published on this page supersedes previous versions. Each document carries its own version number, effective date, and change log.
