Brief realtime lobby latency in Chennai region.

A DNS resolver on a partner network briefly failed for ~4 minutes. Users on that specific carrier retried automatically. Resolved with an automated failover. Full internal note published to the team.

Payments retry queue took longer than expected.

A single Cashfree webhook batch was delayed by ~7 minutes. No user was double-charged and no payout was missed — the queue drained on its own. We reduced our backoff jitter to make this less likely.
